Abstract

This study concerns with exploring the relationship between team leading strategies (Goetsch & Davis,1997) & creativity environment sustentions in Al-Qadissiya University .Three hypotheses have been tested ,the first & the second ensured that the groups under study were teams & the creativity environment sustentions were exist,While the third concerned with the relationships between team leading strategies & creativity environment sustentions.So many of statistical tools have been used e.g.,mean,standard division & spearman correlation coefficient .The present study declared that the team has common purpose behavior rules & the team leaders has been created creativity culture that conform with organizational structure purposes & managerial support .Finally the study recommended with structuring local organizations based on teams work principles & these organizations must have creativity managers who are responsible of managing creativity activities.
