Abstract
The extract:The research aims to study the cognitive pillars of the reference comparison technology of the dimensions of the balanced signs card and the statement of its role in measuring the strategic performance of the service units, and working to address the weaknesses in performance and enhance the strengths in it, in a way that is compatible with modern environmental requirements. The research was applied in the Misan and Basra passports, and a questionnaire form was designed to consistent with the research objectives, and for the testing of the research hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to individuals working in the research sample, and a set of statistical methods appropriate to test the hypotheses were used. The research reached a group of conclusions, the most important of which was that the external reference comparison of the dimensional of the balanced signs card helps in diagnosing the strengths and weaknesses of performance, then taking the necessary measures to improve the strategic performance of the service units.Abstract :-The research aims to study the knowledge bases of the benchmarking the dimensions of the balanced scorecard and to indicate its role in measuring the strategic performance of service units, and to work on addressing weaknesses in performance and enhancing its strengths, in a manner that is compatible with modern environmental requirements.
