Estimating The Effects of the Blood Sugar Model with Single Mediation Variable
Ahmad N. Flaih nan, Zain alabdin Aboud Kazem El-Husseini nan (Author)
October 2019 ,Pages 1-10

Abstract: This paper presents a study of mediation analysis (with one moderator variable) and the role of this variable in moving the effect from the independent variable to the dependent variable. In this article, the delta method was used to estimate the standard error. Because this method violates some assumptions, especially with small sample sizes, the bootstrapping method was used to overcome such problems. According to the results obtained from the application of this model, the method of bootstrapping is better than the Delta method based on the results.

October 2019 ,Pages 11-21

Abstract: In this paper, the new Bayesian approach based on normal scale mixture is proposed for estimating the quantile regression of the single index model and selecting variables. The Gaussian process prior have been considered to the nonparametric link function. Bayesian hierarchical model construct and Gibbs sampler algorithm using for posterior inference. Simulation study was addressed to compare our suggested method with three other existing methods. The simulation studies significant that the new suggested method offers substantial improvement over the other three methods..
