Abstract
This research presents theoretical and empirical framework about topic of organizational intelligence by showing and discussion of its intellectual opinions. In the current research, the researcher made survey to managers' opinions of sample from Iraqi industrial organizations to determine level of their organizations intelligence by using measure Albrecht's (2002) model which includes seven dimensions (strategic vision, sharing fate, heart, alignment, knowledge development and performance pressure). It distributes a questionnaire form this measure on a sample of (66) members from top and middle managers. The research uses a number of tools of descriptive statistic as mean, standard deviation and Cronback Alfa. The results showed what was expected on the low level of organizations' intelligent of research sample, rewrite In spite of these results to give a preliminary picture of the reality of sample search but they provide guidance and clarification of the failures experienced by these organizations in accordance with the views of their leadership.
