Abstract

Based on the offer and other was a justification for adoption of idea of the proposed project to set up a sovereign fund for Iraqi reconstruction of Iraq in light of underdeveloped of infrastructure, and financial and administrative corruption. in particular are expected to increase both reserves and production of crude oil of Iraq.
