Abstract
This Study is concerned with 360 degree feedback to performance appraisal for chairmen of scientific departments in the college of Administration & Economics AL–Qadissiya University questionnaire with seven rates (1- strongly disagree -7- strongly agree based on (Testa,2000: 246) had been used for two applying purpose. Before using this tool ,the researchers adjusted it according to each person with this process. Sixty five questionnaire had been distributed, five to chairmen of departments and sixty to faculty members & students & dean of college. After using mean & minus process the, study explores that there are negative gaps between two sides. The study ends with many recommendations of using this approach in all organizational level & using its results to train, promote employees and not to punishing these employees .
