Abstract: This Study is concerned with 360 degree feedback to performance appraisal for chairmen of scientific departments in the college of Administration & Economics AL–Qadissiya University questionnaire with seven rates (1- strongly disagree -7- strongly agree based on (Testa,2000: 246) had been used for two applying purpose. Before using this tool ,the researchers adjusted it according to each person with this process. Sixty five questionnaire had been distributed, five to chairmen of departments and sixty to faculty members & students & dean of college. After using mean & minus process the, study explores that there are negative gaps between two sides. The study ends with many recommendations of using this approach in all organizational level & using its results to train, promote employees and not to punishing these employees .
Abstract: The current research tested to identify the leadership patterns and its role in Performance Evaluation to members Of the Teaching Staff on a sample from the Colleges of the University of Kufa. The research based on the key assumptions is that the types of leadership patterns (controlled, indulgent, joint ) have a role in the process of Performance Appraisal to members Of the Teaching Staff (teaching strategies, scientific research, university and Society service) discussed in the college and to achieve the objectives of the search model was constructed to clarify the relationship between the hypothetical the variables of the research, measurements were used for data collection and analysis, and hired a number of statistical methods for validating the research hypotheses such as computational variable and the standard deviation and simple correlation coefficient using a simple statistical program SPSS 10 for Windows. It was identical to the search results most hypotheses which formulated a set of recommendations to hasten the most important of the need to strengthen and build administrative leadership of the Democratic pattern of (joint) colleges discussed in all its aspects, especially in terms of investment skills in the university is a leading and innovative excellence and the development of appropriate rights in the right place and the delegation of certain authority of subordinates addition to the provision of scientific methods and the creation of appropriate and sound in the evaluation of the Performance Evaluation to members Of the Teaching Staff in colleges discussed.
Abstract: This study attempts to identify and classify real problems which face process of job performance appraisal at AL-Qadyssia University according to opinions and attitudes of their educational leaderships. The researchers were used quest which main tool for colleting the required data to achieve the study's purpose. The includes three main dimensions. The first dimension is concerned appraisal problems which regard the system itself. The second dimension is concerned individuals who responsible for appraisal process. The third dimension is concerned supervisor administration on appraisal process. The questionnaire was handed out to a sample of 25 individuals. After collecting and sorting the data by using some of statistical description tools, the authors determined the main problems which face process of performance appraisal. Number from recommendations were formulated which aim at getting rid of these problems by mentioning a group which are out of from beneficial practices for the university.
Abstract: This study aims at analysing the status of human resources activities in Al- Qadisiyah university , and how it implements its strategy and operation to attain employees satisfaction and first-line manager. Manager working in university is composed of ( 90) questionnaires were distributed certain selected samples .The study presents result , Moreover , the study recommends that university of Qadisaya makes it .
Abstract: Total quality management in the educational sector Known as a manage mental strategy that is based on many values and its movement energy derived from the information in which we can employ the talents of workers and investing the intellectual abilities of various levels of organization in the innovation form to achieve continuous improvement of the Organization. From this point , current study focus on the role of TQM in the process of evaluating the performance of university .Special questionnaire has been prepared for this purpose distributed to a sample of administrative leaders at the University of AL-Qadisiyah. Based on the analysis conducted using statistical program ready SPSS, this study demonstrates some important conclusions such as, the important conclusions is university management believe that the quality of higher education is a common value must be adopt all workers, and recommended increasing the effectiveness of the Internet in the university, as well as supplementing patrols modern libraries and various scientific disciplines and humanitarian.
Abstract: After the transformation of the universities in the developing countries and even in many of the nations in their way of development from the framework to the traditional performance-based performance excellence to achieve progress and development, as well as the transformation of societies from industrial to knowledge societies, this study was to receive the light on the possibility of using the tools of organizational learning in an environment university education and its role in the achievement of outstanding performance, through the mixing between the ideas and theories of knowledge and strategic, organizational and melted in the performance of university distinguished Bodqp. This study has adopted a set of indicators and statistical tests aimed at the development of a scientific study in the university can build Tnzeryat of the applications contained in the above and, finally, the study found a range of field theory and the conclusions which were drawn on to provide a set of recommendations consistent with these conclusions.
Abstract: The recent years have witnessed a phenomenal growth in information technology. The university management is not only looking for the declaration and information, but it extends further, especially how to reach the efficiency and effectiveness in management decisions at the university. The study seeks to clarify the role of the university performance evaluation to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in making management decisions. The study has adopted the views of a sample of decision makers in the discussed sample. The research arises a problem which embodied in the following question:(Is there a moral relationship between elements of university performance evaluation the efficiency and the effectiveness in management decisions?) And more detailed questions can be answered as follow:- 1)Is there a role for elements of university performance evaluation in achieving the efficiency in management decisions? 2)Is there a role for elements of university performance evaluation in achieving the effectiveness in management decisions? 3)Does the sample study have a clear vision for procedures of performance evaluation, efficiency and effectiveness in management decisions? 4)What is the nature of the relationship between the elements of university performance evaluation and efficiency effectiveness in the management decisions of the organization under study? The study aims at analyzing the relationship and the impact between the university performance evaluation efficiency and effectiveness in management decisions in the college sample study. The study tries to establish a diagram and then tests it to reach a picture which reflects the relationship between the variables of the study. The researchers adopts a presumptive model after review and analysis of relevant literature under a major assumption which has emerged from a series of secondary assumptions. The researchers select a categorical sample (Deans, dean assistants, department headmasters) as they are part of the decision-making process. The sample includes the following colleges (college of administration and Economics, college of Law , college of Education for girls, college of Arts ).
Abstract: Rarely been a subject interesting, as was the role of the state, this issue has always been the object of controversy and discussion and dialogue by economists, politicians, social scientists and intellectuals all. Since I started covering the sons of one sex between the Governor and state appeared doomed, as a result stratified Reflecting on the situation of the evolutionary society, as a radical and its functions and duties in accordance with that situation, was a shift in its response to changes in the formation of social - economic, and the Chamber of intervention in economic affairs Narrowing and widening in accordance with the requirements of the work of the economic system. This study represents a serious attempt to track the state's role in different economic systems and analysis of the possibility of marginalization and displacement of the economic role of the state in developing countries and giving greater role for the private sector and transnational corporations and the effects of all nationalities on the structures and functions of the nation-state, especially for its efforts in ensuring the welfare of its citizens. The summary revealed that different economic systems did not dispense with the state and are not expected to phase in the light of globalization.
Abstract: The Jordanian government has taken a range of measures and economic policies to cope with internal and external challenges facing the Jordanian economy due to the lack of the necessary financial resources needed to meet the domestic demand and higher rates of population growth and increasing foreign debt, which led to a significant constitutional imbalances in the economy resulted in a decline in the Jordanian standard of living and the disruption of programs economic and social development and represented new policies and procedures for the adoption of the Government of Jordan's economic reform programs and its procedures to meet the demand ,stimulate the offer , stimulate domestic and foreign investment and expand the role of the private sector in economic activity in addition to the policies and procedures relating to the liberalization of trade with the countries of the world and the establishment of free trade zones. A number of trade agreements with Arab and foreign countries, add to the efforts of the Jordanian government efforts done to activate the activity of national institutions in promoting investment have contributed to new policies to improve the investment climate and increase foreign direct investment flows and direct to Jordan, has been for the efforts of the Government through the Investment Promotion Foundation a major role in stimulating investments, particularly foreign exchange and investment to increase its contribution to major economic sectors such as services, industry and exports, which led to the increasing importance of these investments in economic activity and economic.
Abstract: The private sector in Iraq can not cause effective role in economic through advance stages .It can not achieve real economic development for several causes. Structural disequilibrium is heavy of economic for all sectors, failure of public sector in rise economic growth rate . That failure of government public sector for leadership the economic . Absence the economic in qualification economic management , it solve of these problems is conversion the public firms to private sector . Although limited activity in stages that to precede failure previous at April 2003 , but the future can give its leadership role in economic development because it have great skill contributing effective indifferent sectors in order to presentation industry local commodity as manufactory industrial . That ineluctability of Iraqi Government take important role for presentation basic services , reconstruction in order to advance the private sector competition position to remove all restriction that hinder move, private sector and increase its role in economic activity.
Abstract: Money laundering crimes the dangerous crime in the digital economy era and real challenge to business and money establishments, also a motive to the criminal activities achieved un legal funds like (trade of drugs, weapons smuggling, financial corruption and ma (formation), so the international organization prepaired bases, principles and recommendations as a guide for the governments in order to control money laundering crimes Iraq is one of these governments that followed the pervious procedures by putting legislations of controlling money laundering, pre pairing executive organized lists to be considered by the financial establishments, besides recharging some of the exited laws. The research represents procedures of the financial establishments (banks, insurance, and investment companies).also procedures of the control establishments (central bank, external supervisors, Board Audit supreme and general inspectors, authority of honesty) in controlling money laundering. The research clarified the procedures and mechanizim of the pervious establishments put the results of Application it unqualified and need control to activate it, besides educating officers of banks and control establishments to this phenomena and the procedures of controlling it by the collective work if it necessary.
