Abstract
After the transformation of the universities in the developing countries and even in many of the nations in their way of development from the framework to the traditional performance-based performance excellence to achieve progress and development, as well as the transformation of societies from industrial to knowledge societies, this study was to receive the light on the possibility of using the tools of organizational learning in an environment university education and its role in the achievement of outstanding performance, through the mixing between the ideas and theories of knowledge and strategic, organizational and melted in the performance of university distinguished Bodqp. This study has adopted a set of indicators and statistical tests aimed at the development of a scientific study in the university can build Tnzeryat of the applications contained in the above and, finally, the study found a range of field theory and the conclusions which were drawn on to provide a set of recommendations consistent with these conclusions.
