Abstract

The current research tested to identify the leadership patterns and its role in Performance Evaluation to members Of the Teaching Staff on a sample from the Colleges of the University of Kufa. The research based on the key assumptions is that the types of leadership patterns (controlled, indulgent, joint ) have a role in the process of Performance Appraisal to members Of the Teaching Staff (teaching strategies, scientific research, university and Society service) discussed in the college and to achieve the objectives of the search model was constructed to clarify the relationship between the hypothetical the variables of the research, measurements were used for data collection and analysis, and hired a number of statistical methods for validating the research hypotheses such as computational variable and the standard deviation and simple correlation coefficient using a simple statistical program SPSS 10 for Windows. It was identical to the search results most hypotheses which formulated a set of recommendations to hasten the most important of the need to strengthen and build administrative leadership of the Democratic pattern of (joint) colleges discussed in all its aspects, especially in terms of investment skills in the university is a leading and innovative excellence and the development of appropriate rights in the right place and the delegation of certain authority of subordinates addition to the provision of scientific methods and the creation of appropriate and sound in the evaluation of the Performance Evaluation to members Of the Teaching Staff in colleges discussed.
