Abstract
AbstractThe current research aims to identify the impact of Knowledge Capabilitieson the quality of green service in private hospitals in the middle Euphrates region, and according to the foregoing, the research adopts an analytical approach, for the research variables, as a random sample was selected from a group of private hospital workers, whose number is (293) workers. The researchers used the questionnaire as a basic tool for data collection. Many statistical methods were used in the research, such as standard deviations, arithmetic averages, and structural equation modeling with the help of the statistical programs( SPSS.var.25), (AMOS.var.25). The current research reached a set of targeted conclusions and recommendations.
