Abstract: How can we employ a conscious brand investment to counter verbal customer abuse? Based on the above claim, the current study aimed at employing brand investment in order to counter customer verbal abuse of sales people, address negative reactions, and invest it in a way that enhances the value of the studied sample. In order to collect the data, the opinions of the sales representatives of a group of mobile companies were surveyed, where he distributed (450) a form to the sales representatives, and after retrieving the forms, it was found that the valid forms were represented by (387) forms, indicating a response rate of (86%). In order to achieve the goal of the study, a number of methods were used to test the practical aspect of the study, the most common of which are probably computational mean, standard deviation, level of significance, Pearson's correlation coefficient (SPSS.V.27), and the effect coefficients between internal variables according to the AMOS.V.26 program. The results have shown a moral correlation to invest in the perceived brand and customer verbal abuse, as well as a negative influence on brand investment that is aware of verbal abuse, to show the interest of the considered sample in enhancing its ability to drive customer awareness and interest and invest in the brand in order to address verbal abuse.

Abstract: AbstractThe current research focused on knowing the role of the independent variable (psychological capital) with its dimensions (self-efficacy, hope, optimism, flexibility) in enhancing the dependent variable (contextual performance), which is one-dimensional. The research used a globally controlled questionnaire as a main tool for data collection. The questionnaire forms were distributed to (152) employees distributed in the Diwaniyah Dairy Factory, and the research interest was focused on testing two main hypotheses. Three sub-hypotheses were derived from each hypothesis, using a set of statistical methods, most notably the arithmetic mean, linear regression model, standard deviation, and ratios. Percentage, Pearson correlation coefficient, ANOVA analysis, and data were extracted using the statistical program (SPSS, V.27). The research reached several conclusions, including the existence of a positive correlation with statistical significance for the dimensions of psychological capital with the other variable, which is the one-dimensional contextual performance. Therefore, all the sub- and main research hypotheses were accepted. The research summarized with a set of recommendations that support this relationship and enhance the practices of the head. Psychological money in the factory by spreading optimism, hope, flexibility and enhancing self-efficacy to obtaiis n moral outputs among workers that enhance the spirit of citizenship and teamwork and voluntary work among individuals that represent strengths for the factory and return to normal condi, tions after facing difficulties. All of these advantages support the competitive position of the institution. Al-Diwaniyah Dairy Factory was chosen from among other factories for its ease of access and obtaining the required information, in addition to being self-financed and in accordance with the objectives of the study in a way that contributes to the embodiment of the study model and hypothesis testing.
Abstract: The study sought to search for the effect of the reverse marketing strategy with its dimensions (price increase, counter-advertising, distribution, reducing product quality), on repurchase intentions with its dimensions (perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, trend towards use), in bodybuilding centers in AlQadisiyah Governorate, The problem of the study was represented in the main question (what is the effect of the reverse marketing strategy on the intentions of repurchase), and the study sample included the users of nutritional supplements in the centers, and the questionnaire was used to collect data, as (386) responses were obtained from users of nutritional supplements in the centers. Abstract: The goal of this research was to look into the role of investors' feelings and overconfidence in mediating the link between investor personal traits and investment choices in Iraqi stock market businesses. A questionnaire was circulated and collected for 300 persons among actual and legal investors in Iraq in order to accomplish this aim, with 242 healthy questionnaires received. The outcomes of testing the hypotheses revealed that investors' judgments are influenced by their age and experience. Gender and education, on the other hand, have little impact on investment choices. Furthermore, the findings of this research suggest that investors' moods, as well as investors' overconfidence, might impact the way they make decisions. However, these two variables, namely investor feelings and overconfidence, are unable to mediate the association between demographic factors and investment decisions.

Abstract: AbstractThe issue of housing policy in Iraq is a vital and renewed issue that is affected by the various economic and social aspects of the population, as well as being affected by the quantitative, qualitative, structural and distributive aspects. Through these changes and their continual renewal, the subject acquires an increasing importance depending on its nature and amount, as well as what it provokes from different reactions and theoretical origins between pessimism, optimism and neutrality. Therefore, there has been a lot of controversy and a multiplicity of opinions and conflicting ideas at the intellectual and international level on this subject, which can not remain constant except in rare and exceptional cases, which are undesirable cases because of the negative effects it reflects on society from its various aspects and its economic value is destroyed in the absence of follow-up. A future housing policy, and this matter has raised real concerns among governments, including Iraq, and some international circles with an interest in this issue, which are trying to emphasize that such disparity is among the most important reasons that create the economic and social gap, as well as political tension between the countries of the world. Therefore, it seeks to restore balance to the population at the level of different regions and countries by following a future housing policy that achieves ambition and general balance. Here arises the economic and social importance of the issue of housing policy.
Abstract: AbstractThe Iraqi economy was exposed to a group of circumstances, represented by wars, and then the imposition of economic sanctions and the end of the third Gulf War, which contributed to the presence of negative repercussions in all economic variables, especially monetary variables, in addition to that, a group of internal and external economic factors prevented economic development in Iraq. The Iraqi economy has suffered from some of the wrong macro policies, the effects of which are still present, such as (the rise in the exchange rate of the Iraqi currency, the deficit in the balance of payments, the rise in most prices of goods and services, the spread of unemployment, the occurrence of hyperinflation, a deficit in the general budget, and the weakness of the industrial sector, The backwardness of the agricultural sector) and others were reflected in the form of monetary imbalances in most markets and at the level of the overall balance, all of these imbalances contributed to the lack of a real treatment for the oil shocks that occurred because the Iraqi economy is a rentier economy and depends heavily on oil imports. This research will analyze the impact of oil shocks on the money supply in the Iraqi economy.
Abstract: AbstractThe Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is one of the oil-rich Arab Gulf countries, and it is one of the countries that have common characteristics with all the Gulf countries, including Iraq, and the most important of them is that it is an Arab rentier country with an economy that depends heavily on rentier (oil) resources in the conduct of its economic activities and in financing its public budgets with financial resources The economy of these countries is often soft and dependent on trade exchanges, and it results in a consumer society that is dominated by the random import sector. For these countries, and of course, these countries suffer from economic crises that occur from time to time and that are reflected in their general budget, as a result of their foreign trade being linked with the world with the export of only one resource, which is the only source of public revenues for them. Therefore, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia sought to address the problem of the budget deficit. It has, and has succeeded in this greatly, and given the similarity of the Iraqi economy with the Saudi economy Large, it has been taken as a model that can be studied and benefited from to address the deficit that occurs in the general budget of Iraq in some years.
Abstract: AbstractInvestment in the tourism sector and related projects, whether financing these projects with foreign or national capital, provides new job opportunities and increases the income of individuals, which contributes to reducing unemployment and poverty. According to the estimates of the World Tourism Organization, the completion of two beds will lead to the creation of one direct job and three indirect jobs in sectors related to the tourism sector with front and back links. Therefore, the tourism sector plays a positive role in alleviating unemployment and poverty. The two researchers used the descriptive analytical approach to analyze the evolution of the indicators under study and to reach the desired results of the research. The most important outcome that was reached in this regard was that the employment rates in the tourism sector in Malaysia, whether direct or indirect, have generally witnessed an increase during the study period, which shows the positive role of investment in the tourism sector in maintaining low unemployment rates, and the same is the case As for poverty, and since it is linked with unemployment in a positive relationship, it is noted that poverty rates in most years of study were low, which means the positive impact of tourism investment
Abstract: The current study aims to identify the role of Iraqi Islamic banks in revitalizing the Iraqi stock market; In the past two decades, Islamic banks have witnessed a great development and wide spread in several Islamic countries. Iraq Stock Exchange, for the period from (2004-2020), as well as analyzing its indicators (market value, trading volume, number of shares traded, and turnover rate), and analyzing the percentage of Iraqi Islamic banks' contribution to the Iraqi stock market. For the period from (2004 -2020), the standard analysis method was used for the purpose of showing the role of Islamic banks in activating the Iraqi market for securities, as well as measuring the impact of the performance indicators of Islamic banks on the indicators of the Iraqi market for securities through the use of the program (SPSS.v.25). The study came out with important conclusions, including: There is a significant role for Islamic banks in revitalizing the Iraqi market for securities, as well as the development of the work of Islamic banks in Iraq as a result of the increase in their numbers within the banking sector, as the number of Islamic banks in 2020 became (27) banks, and the study recommends facilitating the process of registering banks Islamic law in the Iraqi Stock Exchange and encourage it to trade its shares in the market, which contributes to increasing its role in the Iraqi Stock Exchange.
Abstract: The issue of the effectiveness of the banking system is one of the important things in improving the performance of the banking system as a sensitive tool that has positive effects that the best use of its indicators, and therefore the indicators of the banking system can basically evaluate the development of the banking sector, and in Iraq the banking system has special importance, especially after the economic transformation of the country yet In 2003, due to its medieval role between economic units with surplus and economic units with deficit by granting loans and banking facilities for these units, and that came the research to focus on the role and importance of the banking system and clarify the factors affecting it and analyze the trends of the Iraqi banking system in light of some banking indicators in Iraq during Duration (2004-2020), and a set of results were reached, the most important of which is the effectiveness of the Iraqi banking system in most of its indicators, especially the inability of small banks to compete and undermine their role in activating the activity of the private sector.
Abstract: Public debt plays an auxiliary role in development if it is managed and used in an optimal way that achieves a return that exceeds the cost of borrowing, and thus the economy is able to meet its obligations, but the main results were reflected in its impact on the money supply in Iraq and thus reflected on the performance of monetary policy. Therefore, the research aims to analyze the development of the components of the internal public debt and its relationship to the broad money supply in Iraq for the period (2004-2020). In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the research was divided into three sections that included the conceptual framework of the internal public debt and the broad presentation of criticism and the theory relationship between them, then analyzing the development of the internal public debt and its relationship to the presentation of cash in Iraq for the period (2004-2020), and it was concluded that the internal public debt did not lead to an increase Broad money supply due to other external factors.
Abstract: The research seeks to determine the role played by the agricultural initiative loans and what they affected in increasing the local product through loans granted to specialized lending funds represented by (Small Farmers and Farmers Fund, Livestock Lending Fund, Agricultural Mechanization Lending Fund and Modern Irrigation Means, Mega Projects Development Fund Palm Development Fund, Rural Women Development Fund, Sons of Iraq Development Fund). The main objective of the research is to see the application of the agricultural initiative and its repercussions in achieving an increase in agricultural production in both parts (plant and animal) through agricultural programs that work on creating important bases that contribute to developing the capabilities of farmers and peasants and increasing agricultural production in quantity and quality, by making the most of the loans of the agricultural initiative through Through the Cooperative Agricultural Bank, and to achieve the goal of the study, the research was launched from the hypothesis that (the agricultural initiative contributes to raising the rates of local agricultural production in AlDiwaniyah Governorate), and it was relied on quantitative data to complete the research process, and after analyzing the hypotheses, it was possible to prove the validity of the hypothesis from which the study was launched. The research came out with conclusions, the most important of which were: The agricultural initiative loans, indicated the orientations of farmers and peasants to request these loans, and eventually led to an increase in the local product in Al-Diwaniyah Governorate, and that concessional lending (without interest) for the agricultural initiative through agricultural banks reversed the orientation of farmers, farmers and agricultural investors on Those loans in Al-Diwaniyah governorate are more than they were before the previous periods of the initiative
Abstract: Abstract The phenomenon of international terrorism is one of the phenomena that directly affected the Iraqi economy in all its aspects, especially its impact on economic development, which was greatly affected. The impact on the economy in Iraq and the suspension of development projects and infrastructure damage and the resulting decrease in the volume of GDP, the escalation of unemployment rates, the spread of poverty and other economic consequences that affected the process of economic development and led to a decline in its indicators. Therefore, it is necessary to submit a project Means of combating terrorism by developing the Iraqi state's ability to prevent terrorism and limiting terrorists' access to the means that enable them to penetrate to ensure that due priority is given to combating terrorism on a large scale
Abstract: AbstractThe inflation gap in the economy is often detected by specialists in economic policies by measuring the potential output gap in order to measure inflation in that economy, and knowing that the level of GDP is consistent with no pressure to raise or lower prices. In this context, Whenever there is an unsustainable large production volume that leads to inflationary pressures, and when the volume of production is less than what was planned, there will be stagnation and a decrease in prices and thus the absence of inflation, so the output gap is a brief indicator of the relative supply and demand elements in economic activity. Output measures the degree of inflationary pressures in the economy.
Abstract: After the economic and political events and developments that occurred after 2003 and the adoption of the open-door policy in foreign trade and the subsequent shocks to the Iraqi economy, but it is necessary to identify the reality of the agricultural sector and its trade. The Iraqi market still suffers from a severe dumping of agricultural products, as well as a very small contribution of agricultural exports to Iraq's total exports, and a persistent deficit in the agricultural trade balance. The research aims to analyze the indicators of agricultural imports and agricultural production in Iraq for the period 2004-2019 to show the effects of the change that took place after 2003 and the repercussions of the shocks that the Iraqi economy has been exposed to. The output of the gross product, the high rate of coverage, agricultural exposure and the average tendency to imports.
Abstract: The research aims to analyze exchange rates and levels of economic growth in Iraq, in addition to analyzing the relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth in Iraq during the period (2004-2020). The research also stems from the hypothesis that the exchange rate has an impact on economic growth rates in Iraq. The issue of economic growth and economic development - starting from the period following the Second World War until the present time, is a prominent place among economic, social and political studies, given that all economic sectors are directly or indirectly related to the outside world, which requires dealing with foreign currencies to settle economic deals concluded with The foreign partners, with the intent of gaining the confidence of economic dealers in the direction of the local currency and making the latter a support for economic policies and contributing to directing macroeconomic indicators in the desired direction, on top of which is ensuring real and sustainable economic growth. For this reason, the research was divided into two sections. The first topic dealt with the conceptual aspect of the exchange rate and economic growth, while the second topic was about analyzing the exchange rate indicators and economic growth and analyzing the relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth in Iraq. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which was that changes in the exchange rate lead to more risks and lower investment rates, and that the repercussions of this negative relationship are represented in a decrease in the level of production and therefore a negative relationship between the exchange rate and economic growth. The research came out with a set of recommendations, the most prominent of which was the need to draw up a clear policy by the Central Bank of Iraq to achieve permanent stability in the exchange rate and to ensure a positive impact on economic growth.)
Abstract: The study dealt with the impact of accounting conservatism on financial performance, using accounting standards associated with determining the impact of accounting conservatism on the fairness and credibility of financial statements, determining the positive and negative dimensions of accounting conservatism on financial performance, and trying to show the negative aspects of applying accounting conservatism to financial performance. The importance of research for accounting conservatism (positive) (negative) in the light of performance, which prompted the researcher to try to measure the impact of accounting conservatism on the quality of the financial and accounting performance of the financial statements, as well as the trend towards expanding, applying or maintaining the application of accounting conservatism policies when measuring and accounting disclosure in the financial statements. Accounting conservatism on the quality characteristics of accounting information, and the researcher recommends conducting more studies to test the feasibility of canceling accounting conservatism and its impact on financial performance. And to be professional and professional organizations This supervisory authority is responsible for following up on these practices to ensure their safety and to be within the acceptable level
Abstract: The current research aims mainly to show the extent of the reflection of electronic banking services on the liquidity of a sample of commercial banks listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange, as one of the indicators of financial performance, and to achieve this purpose, (3) banks listed in the Iraqi Stock Exchange were selected for the period from ( 2015 - 2020) using a number of mathematical equations for measuring profitability and other statistical measures, and then the data on electronic banking services as well as the data represented in the financial statements for a number of years (the study period) were analyzed for each bank, using the statistical program (SPSS vr. 26). The study led to a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: -There is a discrepancy in the type of relationship between the indicators of electronic banking services and the liquidity indicator of the study sample, which is reflected in the varying impact that some indicators of electronic banking services have on liquidity, and the reason for this is due to the varying levels of banks in providing electronic banking services and the extent of their use of modern technology. Electronic banking services have a positive role on banking liquidity, and through testing hypotheses and the correlation relationship and their analysis of the study variables for electronic banking services and liquidity for banks, the study sample shows the existence of a correlation with direct statistical significance between moderate and strong, and when electronic banking services increase by one unit, the liquidity increases dramatically. my expulsion. The study also made recommendations, the most important of which were, that banks should pay attention to providing and promoting electronic banking services through the use of modern technology and increasing investment in them, similar to global and regional banks, in light of the increasing demand for electronic banking services by customers, the Iraqi private commercial banks in general and banks The study sample, in particular, increased the number of ATMs and points of sale to reach banking services to all members of society, especially in remote areas, in order to increase the geographical area served by them, and thus increase liquidity in banks.
Abstract: The research aims to identify the statement of the role of financial investments in providing cash through the realized investment revenues, as well as the extent to which Iraqi banks need the research sample to cash liquidity to continue their banking and financial work and cover their obligations towards others. Therefore, the research sample consisted of one bank, the National Bank of Iraq (a private joint stock company) listed on the Iraq Stock Exchange and for the fiscal period (2015-2021), Financial and statistical methods were adopted to analyze the data and test the validity of the hypotheses, and the researcher reached the most important results, which is the existence of a significant correlation with statistical significance between the cash liquidity and investment revenues of the National Bank of Iraq. The researcher recommends that banks in general need to develop a strategy for financial investments based on diversification, expansion and risk-taking in order to increase the investment revenues realized from financial investments, that is, the bank bears the risk, the higher the degree of risk the higher the returns.
Abstract: AbstractModel selection has become the widely used method to include the relevant predictor variables on the response variable and to remove the irrelevant variables. Bayesian penalized methods such as the elastic net methods are used to address the problem of grouping predictor variables effects. In this paper we concentrated on the sparsity procedure in linear regression model by using elastic net regularization method. We developed Bayesian elastic net by employing the scale mixture of normal distribution mixing with Rayleigh distribution as Laplace prior distribution for the regression parameters. The new scale mixture generates normal mixing with truncated gamma distribution, also we proposed new Gibbs sample algorithm. The proposed Bayesian elastic net method examined by applying real data some and the results shows that the proposed model is comparable with the other regularization methods.
Abstract: AbstractThe Cox Ingersoll Ross (CIR) process is consider recently one of the most important models in finance for the modeling the term structure of interest rate as constructed in 1985. In this paper, we mainly present the CIR process in the context of free probability theory which was introduced by D. Voicelescu in 1980.The important part in this paper is transformation from CIR process driven by Brownian motion to CIR process driven by free Brownian motion is called Free CIR process. Then, we estimate the free CIR process using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method.it was concluded that the MLE method works well.
Abstract: In this paper, I mostly focused on the application of stochastic delay differential equations (SDDE) to Iraqi exchange price. I used the stochastic delay differential equation theory to solve the parallel dollar exchange pricing problem in the Iraqi Central Bank of which underlying prices can be described by standard Geometric Brownian Motion. This paper discusses the Black-Scholes Process as a model of drift and diffusion parameters. Moreover, the application of the ordinary Black-Scholes, delay in drift term delay in diffusion term, and delay in both of drift and diffusion terms delay stochastic differential equations. I figured out that the SDDE can model the Iraqi exchange prices in a more explained and analytical way.
Abstract: Abstract Bayesian elastic net and classical elastic net are regularization methods that provide variable selection procedure. We discuss the Bayesian elastic net by setting the scale mixture of normal distribution mixing with Rayleigh distribution as double exponential (Laplace) prior distribution of regression coefficient. The new proposed scale mixture produced normal distribution mixing with truncated gamma distribution. The hierarchical prior distributions and new Gibbs sample algorithm have developed. Therefore, variable selection have discussed through some simulation examples. The simulation results show the outperformance of the proposed model.
Abstract: AbstractThis paper focuses on Bayesian reciprocal lasso regression with right censored response variable. Choosing the important variables that relevant on the response variable is very common goal of the regression analysis. The reciprocal lasso adds the reciprocal of L1-rorm in the penalty function. Reciprocal lasso is a regularization method that provides variable selection procedure with more interpretation regression model. We employed the scale mixture of double pareto (SMDP) and the scale mixture of truncated normal (SMTN) that proposed by Mallick et al. (2020) and we with somemodification for (SMTN) in the right censored limited dependent variable. New hierarchical prior model and new Gibbs sampler algorithm have developed. Some simulation examples have conducted to analysis the behavior of the posterior distributions. The results show that the employed scale mixture types outperform other common regularization methods in both of the simulation.
Abstract: AbstractThis paper discusses the Bayesian reciprocal lasso (rlasso) regularization method as variable selection procedure that produced the more interpretability model with minimum set off predictor variables in right censored limited response variable. The reciprocal lasso introduced the reciprocal of L1-rorm in the penalty function of the penalized parameter estimates minimization problem. Reciprocal lasso is recently developed as regularization methods that produce a parsimonious regression model. We utilized the scale mixture of double Pareto (SMDP) and the scale mixture of truncated normal (SMTN) that discussed by Mallick et al. (2020) with a modification for (SMTN) in the hierarchical prior model. We used the (SMDP) and the modified (SMTN) in the right censored regression model with real data analysis. The results show that the employed two scale mixture types outperform other common regularization methods.
