Abstract: The study depended on two variables, Strategic planning andorganizational effectiveness, which are presented intellectually, and the strategicplanning have been tested as the independent variable in the effectiveness of theIraqi defense ministry.Intentional sample was chosen of higher supreme military leaders of (30)leaders was tested to survey their opinions explored and analyzed to verify thenature of strategic planning in the ministry and its contribution in increasing ordecreasing its effectiveness, after the analyzing, it appeared that some of studyvariables were effective, where as the others were effective. Also the studydetermined the positive and negative side in strategic planning operation,mechanism that can develop the strategic goals to achieve the Iraqi ministryvision.

Abstract: The subject of supply chain has a significant importance by researchers in field of operations and marketing management in both theoretical and practical fields . which led to the necessity for improve successful strategies of supply chain and additional to the organization strategies in order to achieve the competitive characteristic . through this importance it has been specified the research problem by bringing up inquiries to know the special strategies of supply chain and convenience in the factory under studying also known the succeed requirements and also know the impact of these strategies in achieving competitive advantage for the plant under studying .The main objective of the research was to identify the views of researchers on the concept of the supply chain, as well as diagnosis the impact nature of the relationship between supply chain strategies and competitive advantage, which led to the formulation of the null hypothesis to find out the effect relationship between the variables of the study, a strategy of the supply chain, and the dimensions of competitive advantage .It has been found by searching a set of conclusions, notably that the supply chain is a part of the value chain that deal with the key activities and also of influence strategies for supply chain competitive advantage which occupied the outward supply strategy ranked first in the influence. It was also a set of recommendations, the most important is to stress the need of building a long-term relationship with suppliers and the trend towards establishment of partnership relations, as well as the need to adopt competitive standards by factory management in the selection of processors, namely, (cost, quality and speed of delivery).

Abstract: The purpose of this research paper is to examine possibility of the application of Total quality management in the al-qadisaya the university colleges from perspective of faculty members ,and for achieving this goal the researcher has employed the personal interview through visiting some of the subject of the study ,in addition the questionnaire was constructing which covers the factors that measures up to what extent do university colleges implement total quality management and the demographic profile of the respondents and the obstacles that prohibit the subject of the study implementing total quality management .(160) questionnaires where distributed and (120) where retrieved .The research hypotheses are registered to no significant differences among the respondents perception when respondents where grouped according to (six , education , college ) The variable analysis was processed by descriptive analysis (means , standard deviation ),and test .

Abstract: This research was presented to estimate the acreage of crops and wheat and rice under hypothesis of reciprocal influence of the process of amending the acreage of various economic factors and to reflect the overlap in the production of crop decisions. The results indicated that the response Madlti Show rice Almekdrtan and wheat under the premise of the amendment process and mutual use in the method Altan SUR equation are selected to represent Alaqppin the cultivated area of crops and related variables. When information was estimated using SUR is more efficient than those estimated in accordance with the usual method of least square. It reflects the improvement in the efficiency of the information estimated the values expressed in standard diviation . It has also estimated that compatibility information for areas planted in previous year for both crops in the supply response Madlti with economic logic and statistical morale supports the hypothesis of reciprocal influence of the process of amending the spaces

Rational expectations inclined a different towards and linking a relation with output. applied studies concluded which tested this relation to validity of rational expectations hypothesis to explain of Phillips curve.

Abstract: When Islamic Banks started business in the seventieth of the last century, there were doubts in their ability to survive, confront and therefore, compete. Stating such an idea can not find its place in the world of finance and banks, but through the traditional banks. This idea will not be executed, applied. And succeeds unless it depends on the rules of business and finance which come out of objective economy. There was no place for the idea of finance movement and its consequences for what so called Islamic economy. In spite of those doubts, People who were in charge of Islamic exchange and specialized in this field ensured that there is a complete world which can be called the world of Islamic Exchange. It is normal to admit that the idea of Islamic Exchange would not be that easy. But there were many challenges and difficulties. The defenders of the Islamic Banks were so confident that they had the keys and the tools for success. There are now the evidences on that. Their continuous steps which ensured their increasing shares among other dealers in the world of finance. This research work aims at showing the importance, the Islamic Exchange recently acquired .The Islamic Industrial finance has become a reality in the world of exchange. It has got increasing admission to the World financial Exchange. To fulfill its goal, the research analyzed the importance of Islamic Exchange in the council of the cooperative Gulf countries which has a vital role in the improvement of the Islamic financial industry. The research has concluded the following:1- The tendency of establishing several branches of Islamic banks is due to several reasons that are .One of them is the competition and imitation or may be because of the financial rewards which are more than that in the traditional banks. There are lots of customers who Want to save their money in banks and refuse to take any profits and that is a good promising opportunity for the traditional banks to get profits, because there are great amount of money in the financial markets with low price.2- The Islamic banks have practiced banking in different ways like establishing new specialized branches or new Islamic sections within the traditional banks and by introducing some Islamic products to investigate money. The international group for finance and business has indicated that the number of the traditional banks is (310) in the whole world and the investigated money is about (350) billions.3- The experiments of the council of the cooperative Gulf countries was considered an exclusive one .Its establishments played a vital role in developing and improving Islamic Financial industry .these establishments created several products which fulfill the needs of the customers, including the individual exchange and companies loaning and cover the projects needs in different sectors. It also participated in the financial rise of the petroleum products which empowered the Islamic financial industry.The research gave the following suggestions: It is necessary to deal with the international banking criteria in the fields of the financial balancing and controlling to improve the establishments budgets in the Arab countries. These efforts in the Islamic exchange should not be just about the legal rules only but should give other chances to the innovation and perseverance in the fields of economics and finance
