Abstract: The research aiming to acknowledge on the effectiveness impact time management on the performance based on hypothesis of available an impact relation for the variable the time management on governmental trade banks , by view point of managers , whereas it has been distributed ( 50) employees working in governmental trade banks in Diwaniayh governorate , and collected the forms , by using some statistics means as arithmetic criteria , and criteria curve , connection factor , and curve , it has been verify correction of this hypothesis which the research based on , it has been given group of recommendations which possible benefit the banks relation .
Abstract: This search aims to knowing the influence between leadership styles like (Democratic, Autocratic, laessez - free - rain) afield study in administration and economics to test major hypothesis if there is a relationship and influence between the leadership styles and organizational commitment on the organizational commitment like (normative, affective, and continuous), and when questionnaires making put 6 questions for every part of the search, offer distributed (52) questionnaires as a main device to collect data, the reback questionnaires are (34) and the research used spss and the research arrived to some conclusion one of them there is a relationship and influence between autocratic styles and the affective commitment and refused the other hypothesis, the research introduce some recommendation like to keeping on the persons whom hall the qualification though rises the level of continuous commitment exit to stay in the college and that necessary to input the commitment theory into the organization Iraqi theory for achieving the objectives for both organization and individual .
Abstract: The current research aims to study the relationship between organizational identification and organizational commitment in a sample of individuals of law and administration and economic colleges/ Baghdad University. This sample included 78 individual and questionnaire is used as key tool for collecting the information. The present research included two main hypotheses. These hypotheses are considered with testing the relationship between research's variables. The first hypothesis tests correlation relationship, and the second tests effect relationship. Appropriate statistical tools have used to investigate from the hypotheses. The research has reached to set of findings predicate to validity of research's hypotheses. Based on these findings, number of recommendations was formulated
Abstract: The problem of unemployment is increased day after day and becomes more dangerous and worse in Iraq as a result of circumstances experienced by Iraq since the eighties of the last century to the present day.This is reflected on the unemployed in particular. and on security and economic stability in Iraq in general. The supply of labor becomes greater than the demand for labor. leaving big social and economic effects upon the unemployed. Therefore. the phenomenon of unemployment in Iraq has become a problem of economic and social dimensions. and clearly reflects the shortfall in economic structures and flaws in economic policies and economic structure. which led to significant social impact because the unemployment is a serious social menace plaguing the economic body where it is disruption human potential and waste of growth opportunities in addition to the erosion of economic well-being. Therefore. reducing unemployment requires a real growth in the economic construction according to the law of Oken and Toda-Yamamoto test. which explain the nature of the inverse relationship between the two variables.

Is expected to fall about global economic growth of 2.9% this year after it witnessed a growth in 2008 by 1.9%, and this proportion is much higher than the 1.7% anticipated by the World Bank in April 2009. This is the first time see the global economy shrinks more 60 years, is expected to slow economic growth rate of developing countries in 2009 Uncle more than 4 percentage points to reach 1.2% in the regions of Europe and Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean is expected to contract the GDP is expected to ease trade in goods and services on a global level by about 10 % in this year, the largest percentage drop in 80 years.
Abstract: The Aim Of This Research Is To Investigate The Effect Of Accounting Information On The Investors Decisions In Iraq Stock Exchange . It Also Aims At Determining The Exetent To Which The Investors Rely On Such Information In Making Investment Decisions In Companies stocks.A Sample Of 92 Investors Was Drawn And A Questionnaire Was Used To Gather The Data Of The Study.The Results Of The Study Indicated That The Investors Understand The Accounting Information And Realize Its Importance regardless Of Other Information Sources ( Non – Financial ) That Might Affect Their Decisions, Especially Stock Advisory, Market Lists. The Investors Seem To Use The Accounting Information Same Than Other Sources Of Information.
Abstract: The accuracy of statistical measurement rely on the nature of the data. Sometime one outlier can have an important effect on work with estimations therefore, the results would be inaccuracy. Time series methods also effected by outliers with some different from forecasting method to another. In this paper, we have consternated on two forecasting methods (Box jnkense and furrier).We have taken two models (fix seasonal model and multiplicative seasonal model). Then, The results of these methods are compared in three stages when the proportion of outliers (0%, 5%, and 10%). We conclude some conclusions as offered in this paper.
