Abstract: The research aims to uncover the role of empowering workers through (share information, freedom and Autonomy, work teams self-managed) in a sustainable competitive advantage through (quality, Core Competences, responding to customer). The research problem identified in several questions focused on the nature of the correlation and influence between the variables of research, and for that a scheme supposedly to search expresses two hypotheses President, and in order to ensure the validity of the assumptions undergone all of the multiple tests. The research approach has adopted a descriptive analysis, and has used questionnaire and a way to get the data, a random sample has been elected of teaching three community colleges in the province of Najaf as a sample to assess the empowerment of workers and sustainable competitive advantage, and their number was (123) people, who represent 77% of the community. The data were analyzed using a variety of statistical methods (factor analysis, correlation coefficient Kendall simple and multi-slope), and extract the results using the computer program (SPSS V. 10 pct). The search reached a set of conclusions, including:Lack of faculty access to the information they need in case of emergency without asking for help, as well as poor communication within the community colleges in all directions, resulting in little impact in the college's ability to provide consistently high-quality students and lack of superiority over competitors.
Abstract: The term E-commerce of modern terms, and a key feature of the era being expressed by some era brainstorming, until it became an urgent need for any state to possess momentum of its own to enable itself to grow-quantitative and qualitative-growth which is accelerated in activities all economic and non-economic as well as increased impact on foreign trade because of changing the traditional way that is by making business deals, and then to develop the productive sectors of national and greater opportunities to raise the level of economic growth and the achievement of social justice and sustainable development, as the proliferation of Internet Service at the global level has enabled countries, companies and individuals to identify opportunities available anywhere in the world. that this research is trying to figure out the size of benefit that can be achieved by the Iraqi economy from the application of e-commerce as recent experience and the fact that the Iraqi economy multi-resource and related structural variety can make an acceptable level of development if its resources optimally, and if there is a comprehensive development plans reflect the needs of Iraqi society and its material and human potential.
Abstract: The research Tries to find discuss the state of confusion and lack of clear vision of the Iraqi trade policy after 2003, which was based on the export of oil and imports of consumer nature often, resulting in a turnover in the case of a vicious circle. The search sees the need to pursue a policy of carrying some kind of protection through the activation of a policy of balanced tariff lead to a reduction of random imports on the one hand, on the other hand not to prejudice the purchasing power of the Iraqi consumers in addition to the support of local economic sectors for which we have by some kind of competitive advantage for Using method (subsidy) to be able to find a case of export of goods these sectors and thus balanced trade policy that will support the Iraqi economy.

Abstract: The core competencies are important topics at the moment, thus the aim of the research is to answer the following question "What is the impact (positive or negative) core competencies in the operations performance ?" The alignment between the core competencies of variables (workforce, facilities, financial know-how, marketing know-how, Systems and Technology) contribute significantly to improve the operations performance of variables (cost, quality, delivery, flexibility), so endeavored research is to determine the relationship and impact between core competencies and operations performance, this research represents a case study of a corporate industrial and minerals sector in the province of Babylon for (six) years stretching from the (2005) until (2010).
Abstract: In this paper, two methods were suggested to make the estimations of Effective Dimension Reduction directions (E.D.R.-directions) robust in sliced inverse regression (SIR), through the robust estimate of the matrix of covariance, which depends upon the method, by using fast consistent high breakdown (FCH) and reweighted fast consistent high breakdown (RFCH) methods, we called the proposed methods (FCH-SIR) and (RFCH-SIR). Data has been contaminating by two types of outliers values which are asymmetric contamination (ACN) and symmetric contamination (SCN), and different contaminating ratios and sample sizes. Have been reached, through simulation experiments and real data. Conclusions showed that the two proposed methods in this paper gave better results compared to the ordinary SIR depending on the mean square errors (MSE) criterion for comparison.
