Abstract: The current study try to test, the impact of knowledge management process in performance excellence institutional in the state Company for Rubber Industries in Diwaniyah, was the sample Messrs. department managers and the sub-sections managers and units managers ,the study identifies the hypothesis key that there is a significant effect of the management operations defined in the institutional performance, and data are collected through surveyor, which consists of two parts the first part for operations management knowledge and the second part is for institutional performance, has been relying on a set of statistical methods, standard deviation, correlation coefficient, test the FT and the coefficient of determination R2 to validate the hypothesis above, since the results show main hypothesis and sub- hypothesis and in the light of the results of statistical analysis a set of recommendations most notably to allow workers to social language interaction and enhance the interaction and trust among employees

Abstract: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is attractive power for direct foreign investment because of its available features and its great importance in international economy as one of the largest economies in the Middle East, especially to the Gulf Cooperation Council .Therefore , it characterizes with advantage of chief trading partner in the Middle East for most of the industrial economies of the countries of the Organization Economic Cooperation and Development as well as its huge reserves of crude oil, which estimated at a quarter of total global reserves. So Saudi Arabia has to follow policies that attract foreign investment, making it the first Arab countries in the investment flowing to it, in spite of the weakness of some policies that depend on them some countries, like absolute openness policy of. But , Saudi Arabia through structural correction policy which the foreign investor regards it as away to achieve a steady increase in flows our the period (1990-2010). The study relies on economic theory involved the presence of a positive relationship between investment climate and economic variables using the method of econometrics. The study found that significant of the functional relationship is too high according to statistical and econometrical standards. But exports have weak effect, But the ratio of foreign investment / domestic investment and internal balance policies have large positive impact which means the Kingdom's ability to achieve economic stability that enhances the investment climate, and have negative impact to external balance policy, population and economic growth, and natural resources which doesn't consistent with the study hypothesis
Abstract: In light of globalization and economic openness, which is witnessing a changing world today and the activity of international institutions (International Monetary Fund, International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Trade Organization), which always seeks to sustain this change through the establishment of the foundations of the pillars of the transition to a market economy in many developed countries and transition and developing countries. Which has become a question of taking it need to be made, and particularly the phenomenon of development that have been made in most developing countries. Including Iraq have devastated their economies into real trouble, resulting in a number of structural imbalances and marked by the ongoing deficit in the state budget, balance of payments resulting in increase in inflation because of the large government spending that took place at the time, as well as the crisis of public debt experienced by these countries., where he was the shift towards market mechanism such as the reform of the failure of these economies, centrally planned, and in addressing these imbalances and thus abandoned many countries, including Iraq than they believe in him of the principles of socialism and public ownership of the means of production, by bowing to the prescriptions of international institutions sponsoring the principles of the market and its mechanisms. which has become the most popular and dominance in the world as a whole, as Iraq began after the fall of the former regime in 9/4/2003 implementation of the mechanism of the transition to a market economy by the will of Foreign Affairs and in Mphaja , before doing a comprehensive study of its potential and suitable mechanisms of transformation to be introduced. note that the Iraqi economy has the economic resources of a large give it the ability to grow and progress, and all he needs is the recruitment of those resources and capabilities over the economic policies, efficient and lead the faithful are able to be mobilized to implement these mechanisms successfully.But what happened in Iraq after more than seven years to change Are the policies of transformation used and the rationale and methods of application, appropriate to the economic situation and social deteriorating, especially if Iraqi society, with many of the costs of social and economic prohibitive for more than a quarter of a century and still bears which led to increased unemployment and poverty ... etc.. Abstract: Governments and large corporations and major investors in many countries of the world worked together to develop projects for large-scale industries for its need to financial and human resources. Whereas, the private sector working to establish small industries. On the other hand, the small industries in Iraq has attracted the attention of many craftsmen, industrialists and investors because it has a high proportion of the volume of industrial projects or craft in all Iraqi provinces, especially in cities with concentrated population density as high as is the case in Baghdad, Mosul and Basra. The growth of the Iraqi economy and to initiate steps to shift from the State economy to a market economy, will increase the reliance on the spread of the private sector in the various governorates of Iraq, which leads to the establishment of new projects for small-scale industries and lead to the development of industrial sectors in Iraq. The search has been divided into four sections, Section I care about the definition of small-scale industries and show a concentrated historical overview on the subject. Section II: the reality of small-scale industries in Iraq, discusses the evolution of small-scale industries in Iraq. While the focus was in the third section on the problems that small industries faced in Iraq in the legislative, financial and economic. And effect of this imbalance leads to a large crack in the fabric of tax to the government.The research aims to study the causes of tax evasion and access to treatment, and reduce the chances of evading the law .And an opportunity to study and evaluate it and to impose tougher sanctions on the evaders law
Abstract: تعتبر الهجرة من الظواهر العالمية الحالية المؤثرة في كافة قطاعات المجتمعات وفي كافة دول العالم نتيجة للبحث عن العمل أو من خلال الضغط السياسي والفكري الموجود في تلك الدول, وبذلك حصلت الهجرة بشكل مضطرد خلال العقود الماضية, وأحتلت الدول الصناعية الكبرى ذات الاقتصاد المتطور المرتبة الاولى في أستقبال المهاجرين وخصوصا من دول العالم الثالث وأثر ذلك بشكل مباشر على التحولات الديموغرافية للمجتمعات في الولادات والوفيات ومعدلات النمو والشيخوخة.أن التطور الاقتصادي والتكنولوجي للدول الصناعية الكبرى شجع المهاجرين على القدوم الى تلك الدول بشكل شرعي أو غير ذلك وانعكس بشكل أيجابي على الوضع الاقتصادي والصحي والعلمي للمهاجرين وعوائلهم أضافة الى الاستفادة الاقتصادية لتلك الدول المهاجر منها نتيجة للعوائد التي تحصل عليها من مهاجريها, وهنالك دول نامية كثيرة يعتمد أقتصادها بشكل أساسي على عوائد المهاجرين.هذا البحث هو عرض للنموذج المقدم من قبل(Jacob, Siegel & Swanson,2004 ) والخاص بأستخراج صافي الهجرة (net migration ) من النموذج أعلاه بالاعتماد على الاحصاءات السكانية للولايات المتحدة الامريكية للفترتين 2000 & 2010 على أعتبار أنها من الدول الرئيسية في أستقبال المهاجرين من الدول الاخرى, وتم تحليل البيانات للفترة المذكورة ومقارنتها بنتائج تحليل الباحثين أعلاه.
