Abstract: The countries of the socialist system (formerly) represented an example of the radical changes in the nature of economic and political relations between the East led by the Soviet Union (formerly) and the United States of America and Western Europe. 1989, and it was a declaration to the end of the era of the Cold War that extended in the period (1945-1990), and the transformed countries succeeded in reorganizing their countries in an organization called the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and this research tries to study this system of indicators of the economic dimensions of the transformations The importance of this lies in evaluating the experience of these transformations and their reflection on their local societies with diverse customs and languages, the nature of their local aspects, and the extent of liberalization and openness to the outside by standing on the volume of trade with their new partners, led by the European Union countries, with an indication of the volume of their intra-trade as an indication of the strength of economic and commercial ties. With the mother country of the Russian Federation and with each other, the research concluded that this new Commonwealth did not rise to the level of the The desired results in a positive way are still unable to resolve their differences over common lands, which sometimes reach military conflicts
Abstract: AbstractThe research stems from the issue of non-governmental organizations and their role in alleviating poverty in light of the economic crises and difficulties that poor families suffer from. Political and economic fluctuations, and suspicions of financial and administrative corruption, led to the neglect of this segment and made it unable to provide its living requirements and its dependence to a large extent on aid granted by individuals and non-governmental organizations. Due to the importance of this topic, this study was chosen in order to clarify the concepts related to nongovernmental organizations and indicators related to poverty levels, and to achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire was distributed to about (100) poor families covered by the support of these organizations. The questionnaire centered on education, and the study concluded A group of conclusions, the most important of which is that non-governmental organizations have a major role in providing salaries and grants to poor families, but they are not sufficient to meet the requirements of living, but rather reduce their burdens, and they had an effective role in bearing the costs of wages and providing educational supplies inside Iraq, and the study recommended the need for comprehensive and accurate review and monitoring The work of non-governmental organizations and providing all the necessary requirements, and making them supportive organizations and supporting the government's effort to alleviate poverty, so that the process of cooperation is mutual and facilitates continuous support for poor families.
Abstract: Financial technology is one of the modern concepts that witnessed a great development after the financial crisis that hit the financial sector in 2008. Abstract: The study aimed at the relationship of the study to the three indicators (money supply, graph, financial deposits) and the economic growth of the tide (1990-2020), and whether this relationship is a direct relationship, the relationship of the study on a set of statistical financial methods to analyze data and analyze the validity of hypotheses ,The study began in the domestic and total growth index and changes in the growth index in the standard version of the domestic growth index, and the study concluded with a set of financial factors And economic growth is represented by a positive relationship through which economic growth can achieve the highest states of recovery and prosperity if it is used in the right ways, as well as interest in modern financial technology, which has become the main tributary for the advancement of financial systems for various countries, and the associated benefits, including (bringing savings, creating money, And the provision of loans, and the provision of liquidity ... etc.), as the government must follow active fiscal and monetary policies and stimulus stimulating economic growth and economic activities
Abstract: Abstract Regression analysis is a difficult method when there are many variables. In other words, as the number of variables increases, the model becomes more complex. This may lead to a dimensional problem. Some explanatory variables do not have a significant effect on the dependent variable, and some of these variables also have an internal correlation with each other, and this requires excluding such variables in order to increase the accuracy of the model. There are two ways to reduce the dimensions, namely the method of selecting variables (v.s) variable selection and variables extractions. Under the assumptions of the theory of SDR (Sufficient dimension reduction), the researchers worked on proposing methods to reduce the dimensions, including the integration of SDR methods with regularization methods (Regularization method) and the methods of regulation mean adding a penalty limit to control the complexity of the model as it greatly reduces the variance of the model, and among these methods SMAVE-AdEN (Alkenani and Rahman,2020) is a method for selecting a variable under the assumptions of SDR theory. The SMAVE-AdEN method is a combination of Adaptive elastic net with MAVE ( Minimum average variance estimator ) method for estimating minimum average variance. This method is effective when the variables are highly correlated under SDR assumptions. But the SMAVE-AdEN method is not immune and it is a sensitive method that is affected when there are outliers in the data, owing to the least squares criteria that we employ. In this paper, we proposed a robust method (RSMAVE-AdEN), which can estimate parameters and select variables simultaneously, and is not affected by the presence of outliers in explanatory variables and response variables. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a simulation study.
Abstract: Abstract Planet Earth is facing challenges that have become a concern and the focus of international attention. These challenges are summarized in environmental impacts The potential economic climate change in the light of unprecedenterates of population increase prompted the United Nations To launch the green economy initiative. Sustainable development has not overlooked the need for positive interaction between the environment And the economy in order to build sustainable population complexes where conditions for sustainable production and consumption are met In a clean, waste-free environment with low carbon emissions. Global situational developments have contributed in a way Effective in highlighting the green economy as one of the basic solutions in facing the challenges of this stage and establishing the foundation to meet them Through the Rio Conference 2012. Iraq is part of an international system that can only coexist peacefully with its requirements Including the green economy, the path towards which must have great obstacles and challenges that will be misled by various aspects of life at all stages of implementation. These effects may be harsh at first, but they will eventually be In favor of sustainable development in Iraq.
Abstract: This paper studies some properties of the Xgamma probability distribution, which results from mixing the exponential distribution and the gamma distribution with specific weights. Then a new form of the distribution was proposed by replacing the mixing weights, one with the other for the XG distribution in the mixing function, to obtain the proposed distribution Xgamma2 (XG2D), after which the mathematical properties and survival functions of the proposed model was studied, then some properties of the exponential distribution were studied for comparison with the previous two distributions. The Moments method and the Maximum Likelihood function were used to estimate parameter for studied models. In addition, by using simulations, we found that the Maximum Likelihood method is the best in estimating the survival function of the proposed distribution. Finally, We found The data are better fit by Xgamma than the other of studied models when analyzing patients infected with Covid-19 virus in Najaf, because it achieved the lowest criteria (AIC, AICc, BIC) from other distributions, followed by the proposed Xgamma2 distribution, followed by the exponential distribution.
Abstract: Abstract Regression models are important tools in estimating the effect relationships between the dependent variable and a set of independent variables. To estimate the parameters of the studied model, there are various estimation methods Bayesian and non-Bayesian are will used . The obesity affected with many independent variables some these variables have direct effecting and non- direct, therefor choosing optimal variables that effecting in our model considered give us high explanatory power for the studied phenomenon, in this variable there are subset variables effecting on obesity via many different quantiles level.
Abstract: In current paper, we introduced a new method linked with a new hierarchical Laplace prior distributions via scale mixture of Uniform distribution mixing with standard exponential distribution . This mixture to Laplace prior distributions provide us attractive algorithm ,it have a good features to being efficiency to achieving variables selection and coefficient estimations in Tobit quantile regression model .simulation examples and real data set are employed to evaluation our method with Bayesian and nonBayesian methods in variable selection filed . Both simulation approach and real data shown the our proposed method have best performance compared with other methods .
Abstract: The study sought to search for The role of additive manufacturing Technique with its dimensions (Rapid prototyping, rapid manufacturing, rapid tooling), in flexibility of supply chainperformance , in engineering offices and medical laboratories deployed in some Iraqi governorates(Baghdad, Babyl, Najaf, Karbala , Mosul, Erbil).
